Born and raised in Berkeley, Jenna possesses a wide range of knowledge about the cities and neighborhoods that comprise the East Bay. After graduating from San Francisco State University, Jenna pursued a career in real estate with an emphasis on property management. It was a natural step to take after working with her family in all aspects of their real estate business.

Greg Ford

Greg is a licensed Real Estate Agent who grew up working in the family property management and construction company. After being awarded a joint Masters Degree in Global Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of San Francisco, IQS University in Barcelona, Spain, and Fu Jen University in Taipei, Taiwan, Greg joined Bay Cities Property Management as a partner.

Living in Europe and Asia has afforded Greg a global point of view that is a unique asset in the multi-cultural Bay Area. With his experience in marketing he is able to market our owners’ properties to a wide range of qualified tenants so they are quickly rented and vacancy rates are minimized.

Doug Newcomb

Involved in the construction industry since 1996, Doug takes great pleasure in using his skills to help people repair and improve their properties. Upon graduating from Sonoma State University, he spent time in several trades before acquiring his first investment property and ultimately his General Contractor’s License. His experience encompasses all aspects of residential construction, which has made him an adept problem solver as well as affording him a keen eye for design and usage of space.

Whether it’s a routine maintenance item or a unique situation specific to your property, Doug’s experience and creativity enable him to find the right solution. His owner/builder perspective is tempered by his strong drive to deliver excellent customer service to both tenants and property owners alike.

Dave has been a General Contractor and licensed Real Estate Broker since 1976. His well-respected construction company, J. David Ford Construction, is a recognized leader in the seismic retrofitting industry. After building and managing many income properties throughout the East Bay, Dave joined his family in creating Bay Cities Property Management to provide leasing and management services to other property owners.

Dave’s decades of construction and real estate experience along with his family’s unique and diverse skills have allowed Bay Cities Property Management to become one of the most highly regarded property management firms in the area.
