Property Management Services

Thorough Tenant Screening:
BCPM understands the importance of finding responsible and reliable tenants. Credit checks, income and employment verification, rental history and references along with a personal interview will be performed for each potential tenant.

Rent Collection:
BCPM will collect and process all rent payments. We suggest and handle rent increases when appropriate, as well as handle all rent control issues and city landlord requirements.

Maintenance and Emergency Services:
BCPM is available 24 hours a day to handle and respond to emergencies. Whether it is an emergency situation, or just a standard maintenance request we understand the importance of responding fast and effectively.

Regular Site Inspections:
Interior and exterior inspections of all buildings are done regularly to ensure that the property is being maintained up to our high standards.

Income and Expense Reporting:
Bay Cities Property Management provides detailed statements of all monies coming in and going out. These statements are prepared and emailed to owners monthly, along with copies of all paid invoices.

Financial Services:
Bay Cities Property Management carefully monitors all revenue and disburses payments promptly. BCPM will pay mortgages, maintenance bills, taxes, and insurance upon request.

Remodeling, Rehabilitation, & Capital Improvements:
Our team of professionals are able to do complete renovations and remodels of buildings, as well as any major or minor improvements needed.

Dependable & Friendly Staff:
Each member of our staff is dedicated to providing our clients and tenants with superior service. We belong to the California Apartment Association, as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Our staff takes pride on staying up to date on current laws and regulations.

Leasing Services

Bay Cities Property Management will work with clients that are not looking for long-term management and just need assistance with tenant placement, to include:

• Showings of your property by private appointment and open house

Maintenance & Construction Services

Run by a general contractor, Bay Cities provides complete maintenance services from basic carpentry, handy-man, plumbing, and electrical repairs to more complicated and difficult repairs and improvements. Our crews of trained employees and network of trusted sub-contractors can handle virtually any maintenance/repair issue that arises.
